Our Module Counting and Testing Machine (MCTM) helps you to precisely count and test incoming and outgoing materials like SmartCard modules and RFID modules in 35mm jedec tape. It reliably distinguishes between good and bad modules found in the tape and is able to detect addional bad material with its built in dedicated test capabilities. A stamping or marking unit signs the additional found bad modules.
The inline RFID Test and Marking System (RTMS) is dedicated to you if your business is production of RFID products. The RTMS tests your incoming tags and your outgoing products and marks all those bad tags and products found. The system is easily to be integrated in your production equipment. The RTMS is available in three basic variants ( small, medium and large ). The main difference beteen the variants is the supported amount of test and marking points. The small system supports only on test and marking point. The medium system allows up to two test and marking points and finally the large system supports up to eight test and marking points.
